After thoroughly studying the modern theories around population decline, I have come to a conclusion that the world needs more than economic incentives to be able to reverse this trend of low fertility rates. In every country these incentives have failed to stop the population decline. A nuanced understanding of human behaviour is needed to be able to create a successful solution for this crisis.

After thorough research I have formed a - 

• A new theory to raise fertility rates: This is mainly based on the concept of three gunaas or attributes from the ancient Hindu text Bhagvadgeeta.  This concept gives an understanding of human behaviour, thoughts, actions and their consequences.

• Principles of fertility rate and population growth

• Framework for policy making to reverse the trends of population decline. 

The theory of three gunaas has been in use for several millennia in India to empower individuals mentally, physically and spiritually, this is an attempt to use this knowledge for effective policy making. Afterall, Resilient individuals create powerful societies.
